erm...i heard form my friend, he said that if people face the problem of constipation, they may eat more banana. does it really useful? i have tried before, but it seemed like not really have any effect on me. in contrary, i beomce sick. i also dont know why...hehe...how you u all think?? does eat banana really useful??

ReplyDeleteFor me, personally Im a vegetarian since I was born(after few months). Its true that high fibre such as vege and fruit will help the moving of bowel and promote the evacuation system. For me, I rarely rarely have constipation problem. Compare with the meet users, I evacuate fastly and less smelly soil. (haha, so become a vegetarian^^ will be an alternative for your resolution)
Secondly, just as you said, don't ever stand for evacuation; straight away to do your "business". We have to know that big intestine, have a function is to reabsorbtion of water. It is a function to reduce the waste of necessary water coming out from our body. Thus, if you wait more longer to toilet, the soil will be more dry. It result the ponderance of constipation.
Based on my experience, whenever i eat banana, no doubt it is more smooth and effective compare with no eat banana. Based on your case, perhaps you may consult to medical expert such as: physician or doctor of traditional chinese medice. Perhaps your prob, its due to other reason which you might not know.
Lastly, according to doctor of traditional chinese medice who practice in 阴"Yin" and 阳“Yang”. It stated that 11pm to 1am is the best timing for the gall functioning, the following is 1am ~3am is liver, 3am~ 5am is lung, 5am~7am big intestine. Hence, it is suggested that before 11pm we have fell asleep to avoid interruption for the organs functioning and promt the evacuation system as well as digest system.
Last lastly,(lol,talk a lot), as a a part of the nature, our body have the capability to recover. Hence, eliminate late sleep will improve your evacuate system.加油!努力!U CAN DO IT!!!!!
